You can book my professional copywriting services for a full day (7 hours) or a half-day (3.5 hours), either once-off or on an ongoing basis. That way, I can work on whatever needs doing – whether it’s web copy, brochures and flyers, social media posts, campaign copy, articles or anything!

Content strategy work is specifically designed for those who need help working out the nuts and bolts of your communication. Perhaps you’ve just launched your business, or are planning to refine your messaging.

I’ll work with you to figure out what it is you want to say, and how you’ll say it. This may involve getting together to identify your goals, your brand’s tone of voice, your communication channels and fleshing out who your audience actually is. Generally we’ll have a workshop with your key stakeholders, and I’ll put together a nifty document to guide your communications moving forward.

How I work

 

Step 1: We’ll chat

Let’s get on the phone! I need to work out what your challenges are, what you’re trying to do, who your audience is, what your budget is, what your timeframes are and what kind of branding groundwork you’ve already done.


Step 2: I’ll present my recommendations

I’ll send you a detailed plan suggesting content activities, dates and costs, so we can get the ball rolling. From there, we can tweak this strategy to fit your budget and timeframe.

 

Step 3: I’ll invoice you

I’ll send you a 50% start fee to kick-off the project, and the final 50% will be invoiced once you’ve signed off on all the work. (We can talk about payment plans if we need.)


Step 4: I’ll hustle

This is where I get to work. I’ll stick to the roadmap I initially set out for you, and communicate with you regularly along the way. You can always pick up the phone and ask questions too!

 

Step 5: We’ll finalise

Tweaks and revisions are part of any project. I’ll offer two rounds of revisions for every piece of work. So once you get the copy, you can make your edits and comments twice before the final version is signed off and executed.


Step 6: We’ll rejoice

We’re done! Hooray! We may need to celebrate with champagne – just saying.

Copywriting prices depend on a few things, like if you already have a brand voice and style guide I can follow, what the work is, and how fast you need it completed. To be fully transparent, I’m not the cheapest copywriter out there. But unless you want cheap, nasty, not-very-good copy, I don’t think you want to work with the cheapest copywriter out there!
